Collective Impact
Over the past decade, the nonprofit industry has grown by almost 20%; thus, it is no surprise that 1 in 11 Nebraskans work at a nonprofit. To support Nebraska’s 3rd largest industry, Nebraska foundations give over $881 million and Nebraskans give almost $1.2 billion to charity each year. With a robust background in organizational development, change management, lean six sigma, and agile project management, ThriVinci volunteers help nonprofit organizations improve engagement and increase performance. Through effective project facilitation and oversight we serve as a collective impact backbone. ThriVinci was organized to provide affordable organizational development services to agencies who may be in need of strategic solutions to advance their valuable missions (submit a request for support here).
